Super Bowl = Super Food

We will be watching the Super Bowl tonight. I don't really like watching football. Maybe because I don't understand the game very well. But Jed's family is all about getting together to eat and watch the big game. So hey, I can deal with that since it involves good food. I'm making a killer spinach artichoke dip. Maggie is making a "super" yummy pork salad that got it's inspiration from Cafe Rio. And I'm sure there will be other tempting palate pleasers. Here's to a good game!
