I love it!It isn't the first birthday gift he bought me. That gift arrived a couple of weeks ago. And I informed him that if that truly was my birthday gift, he was going to be in some serious trouble. What was that first gift you ask? It was this:

I admit that it is nice to have because the air in our house is clean and breathable now. It did do a great job in clearing out the very, very, very burnt popcorn smell that permeated our house after Jens cooked microwave popcorn for about 2 minutes too long. Alas, an air purifier was not on the top of my list as an ideal birthday present. Let's face it, it wasn't even on the list! I'm still not entirely sure if he was serious about this being my birthday present or not. I don't want to sound like some spoiled diva or something here, but hey, an Air Purifier? Seriously?
So, Jed redeemed himself with the iHome for my iPod. It has an alarm clock, and a radio and of course the docking station for our iPods. I have loved turning the pod on and setting the sleep mode so I could go to sleep to music but not worry about it being on all night long.
I got to open the "real" gift early...like on Thursday night early. Why did I open my birthday present early you ask? Well, because I have a husband who is like a little kid on Christmas morning when it comes to presents. It nearly kills him to wait for the actual holiday or birthday to arrive so that I can open my gifts. He told me my gift was something I would really like and really like to use that night. He piqued my curiosity. I couldn't resist taking him up on his offer to open my gift early. Like I said before, I likey. Good job, Hubby!
